The Stancato Team is dedicated to making the loan origination process a pleasant experience for our customers and referral partners. Education is key to the success of the transaction. We enjoy meeting our customers, learning what is important to them and their families, and structuring the transaction to fit their wants and needs. We look at each transaction, purchase, or refinance as a puzzle to be solved; easy or difficult, it is always fun to find the solution.  

Rose joined Residential Mortgage Services (RMS) with 40 years in the mortgage industry.  In 2021 RMS merged with Guild Mortgage where the culture and common-sense approach to mortgage lending was a match.  

Each team member on Team Stancato brings skills that consistently evidence their value to the team.  Mathews (Fess) Stancato has been working is some aspect of mortgage lending with his mother, Rose, since he was in high school.  A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Mathews is married to Amy.  Together they have 4 children.  Mathews has become a leader for The Stancato Team.  He thinks outside the box for solutions.  His product knowledge, skill regarding structuring files and work ethic result in closed loans.   His creativity results in innovative marketing, enabling successful co-marketing campaigns with our partners. 

 Jen Wisniewski is the team processor.  Another detail-oriented person and a pleasure to work with, Jen dots all the I’s and t’s!  She works with our borrowers to present clean and complete files to underwriting, clear conditions and present to the closing department once the file is clear to close.
